  • Responsible for providing Leadership to R&D department regarding all resources.
  • Lead and develop (TBR) Truck & Bus and AGR portfolio for Domestic and export markets
  • Directed 19,9 Million USD AGR-Agricultural Radial tire Investment project
  • Initiate and Lead projects for new Design, Development, Quality upgrade and cost control.
